GUIDELINES FOR THE ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT IN SCHOOLS WITH HIGH HEAT UNDER THE LAMPANG PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

This study had the objectives to 1) study the necessity of environment management in schools with high heat under the Lampang Primary Education Service Area Office 2, and to 2) study the guidelines for environment management in schools with high heat under the Lampang Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The sample in this research employed Taro Yamane’s (1973) sample size calculation at a 90% confidence level by simple random sampling to obtain the sample group of 89 school administrators and teachers. The research instruments were a 5-level rating scale questionnaire and a suitability and feasibility assessment form. The statistics for data analysis included frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and needs analysis (PNImodified). The study findings revealed that: 1) The current and desired conditions for environment management in schools with high heat under the Lampang Primary Education Service Area Office 2 were overall at a high level. The highest mean score was water source protection plan consideration and the highest need was climate change impact evaluation. 2) Guidelines for environmental management in schools with high heat under the Lampang Primary Education Service Area Office 2 included seven guidelines

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสถานศึกษา ของโรงเรียนที่มีอากาศร้อนสูง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 2) เพื่อศึกษา แนวทางการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสถานศึกษาสู่โรงเรียนของโรงเรียนที่มีอากาศร้อนสูง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ใช้การคำนวนขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ (Yamane, 1973) ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 90% โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple random sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 89 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียนที่มีอากาศร้อนสูง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านพิจารณาแผน การคุ้มครองแหล่งน้ำ และความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด คือ ด้านการตรวจสอบผลกระทบการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ 2) แนวทางการบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียนที่มีอากาศร้อนสูง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 7 แนวทาง
