THE STUDY OF ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT OF TEACHERS VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PHAYAO

Abstract

The objective of this study and compare is organization commitment of teachers vocational education Phayao classified by personal characteristics. The population is teachers vocational education Phayao. The researcher collected the data by using questionnaires from 147 people. analyzed the data by using frequency, percentage, mean, Standard deviation, Independent t-test and One-way ANOVA. The results of this research found that. 1. The study of organization commitment of teachers vocational education Phayao found that overall and per item at high level. Highest average is normative commitment followed by affective commitment and continuance commitment respectively. 2. The compare organization commitment of teachers vocational education Phayao classified by sex, education and level status has found that overall and Individual differing without statistical significance. Classified by domicile found that overall Individual differing without statistical significance. The except normative commitment differ significantly with statistical significance of .05.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความผูกพันต่อองค์การและเปรียบเทียบความผูกพันต่อองค์การของข้าราชการครู สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพะเยา ตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคลประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ข้าราชการครู สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 147 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. การศึกษาความผูกพันต่อองค์การของข้าราชการครู สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพะเยา โดยรวมและรายข้ออยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมสูงสุด คือ ความผูกพันต่อองค์การด้านสังคม รองลงมาคือ ความผูกพันต่อองค์การด้านความรู้สึก และความผูกพันด้านการคงอยู่กับองค์การ ตามลำดับ 2. การเปรียบเทียบความผูกพันต่อองค์การของข้าราชการครู สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพะเยา จำแนกตามเพศ สถานภาพ วุฒิการศึกษา พบว่าโดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนจำแนกตามภูมิลำเนา พบว่าโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ความผูกพันต่อองค์การด้านสังคมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
