THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATORS IN PROMOTING EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT BASE ON THE CONCEPT OF MULTICULTURALISM OF PHRAPARIYATTITHAM SCHOOL UNDER DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL EDUCATION, CHIANG RAI PROVINCE

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) study the role of school administrators who promoted the management of education according to the concept of multiculturalism at the Phrapariyattitham school, General Education Department, Chiang Rai Province, Area 6; 2) compare the roles of school administrators who promoted the management of education according to the concept of multiculturalism at the Phrapariyattitham school, General Education Department, Chiang Rai Province, Area 6. The sample group consisted of 13 school administrators and 125 teachers, totaling 138, affiliated with the school, General Education Department, Chiang Rai Province, Area 6, according to the ready-made table of Krejci and Morgan, using stratified sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were the percentage, mean standard deviation, t-test, One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA)and F-test when statistically significant differences were found, they were tested individually by Scheffe’s method. The research findings were as follows: 1) The role of school administrators who promoted the management of education according to the concept of multiculturalism at the Phrapariyattitham school, was at a high level overall. When ranked, it was found that: The areas with the highest average values, ranked from most to least, are: curriculum planning and development, learning environment development, human resource management, supervision and evaluate of teaching and learning, community engagement promotion, and promotion of educational quality and standards. 2) The results of the comparison of the roles of school administrators who promote education management according to the concept of multiculturalism the Phrapariyattitham school, classified by education level, there was an overall statistically significant difference at the .05 level. When classified by job position, there was no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. When classified by work experience, there was no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิดพหุวัฒนธรรม โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 6 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิดพหุวัฒนธรรม โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 6 จำแนกตาม ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ และประสบการณ์ ในการทำงาน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 13 รูป/คน และครู จำนวน 125 รูป/คน รวม 138 รูป/คน สังกัดกลุ่มโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 6 ตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของ เครจซี่และมอร์แกน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test), วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Anova), การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และเมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจะทำการทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิดพหุวัฒนธรรม โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 6 ภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวคิด พหุวัฒนธรรม โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 6 จำแนกตาม ระดับการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อจำแนกตามตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และเมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
