CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ACCORDING TO OPINIONS OF TEACHERS AND EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL OF SCHOOLS UNDER LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS CHIANG RAI PROVINCE(CHIANG RAI SOUTHERN ZONE GROUP)

Abstract

The purposes of this research are 1) To study the characteristics of professional school administrators. In schools under the local administrative organization, Chiang Rai Province (Chiang Rai Southern Zone Group) 2) To compare the characteristics of professional school administrators. According to the opinions of teachers and educational personnel In schools under local administrative organizations Chiang Rai Province (Chiang Rai Southern Zone Group) Classified by education level and work experience Classified by education level and work experience The sample group used in this research included teachers and educational personnel. Schools under local administrative organizations Chiang Rai Province (Chiang Rai Southern Zone Group) The researcher determined the sample using the Krejci and Morgan table (Krejci and Morgan, 1970, resulting in a sample size of 152 people. Statistics used in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test in cases where two populations are independent and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of this study were as follows 1) The characteristics of professional school administrators according to the opinions of teachers and educational personnel in schools under local administrative organizations in Chiang Rai Province (South Chiang Rai Zone) were overall at a high level. When considering individual aspects, all items were found to be at a high level. Ranked from highest to lowest mean scores: good personality traits, followed by management skills, transformational leadership, and moral ethics respectively. The lowest mean score was knowledge related to job duties. 2) The comparison of professional school administrators' characteristics according to the opinions of teachers and educational personnel in schools under local administrative organizations in Chiang Rai Province (South Chiang Rai Zone), classified by education level and work experience, found that overall, there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level in the aspects of knowledge related to job duties, moral ethics, and management skills.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพในโรงเรียน สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดเชียงราย (กลุ่มเชียงรายโซนใต้) 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพ ตามความคิดเห็นของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย (กลุ่มเชียงรายโซนใต้) โดยจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย(กลุ่มเชียงรายโซนใต้) ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan,1970) ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 152 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Division: S.D.) t-test ประชากรสองกลุ่มเป็นอิสระต่อกัน (Independent sample t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA) จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพตามความคิดเห็น ของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย (กลุ่มเชียงรายโซนใต้) โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลิกภาพที่ดี รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านทักษะการบริหาร รองลงมาด้านการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง รองลงมา ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยสุด ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่ตามลำดับ 2) การเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพตามความคิดเห็นของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในโรงเรียน สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย (กลุ่มเชียงรายโซนใต้) จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานผลการศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวม ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่ ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และด้านทักษะการบริหาร มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
