A STUDY OF PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOLS IN THE NEW NORMALAGE UNDER CHIANG RAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study participatory management of schools in the new normal age and to compare the level of participatory management of schools in the new normal age under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, categorized by school size and work experience. The sample group for this research included school administrators and teachers under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, totaling 320 participants. The data collection instrument used in this study was a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used to test the hypothesis were t-test and analysis of variance, and Scheffe's method of testing pairwise differences. The results of the study found that 1) the participatory management of educational schools in the new normal age under the Office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2 was overall at a high level. The areas with the highest average were goal setting and shared objectives, and commitment, followed by participation in decision-making, and the area with the lowest was trust. 2) The results of the comparison of the level of participatory management of educational schools in the new normal age under the Office of the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2, classified by school size was significantly different at a statistical level of .05. 3) The results of the comparison of the level of participatory management of educational schools in the new normal age under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by work experience revealed statistically significant differences at the .05 level.

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของสถานศึกษาในยุควิถีชีวิตใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของสถานศึกษาในยุควิถีชีวิตใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวน 320 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยมีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของสถานศึกษาในยุควิถีชีวิตใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการตั้งเป้าหมายและจุดประสงค์ร่วมกัน และด้านความยึดมั่นผูกพัน รองลงมา คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการไว้วางใจกัน 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของสถานศึกษาในยุควิถีชีวิตใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของสถานศึกษาในยุควิถีชีวิตใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงานโดยภาพรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
