STUDY OF THE CONDITIONS FOR BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS BETWEENSCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES IN SPECIAL AREA SCHOOL GROUPSIN CHIANG DAO DISTRICT UNDER THE CHIANG MAI PRIMARYEDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE DISTRICT 3

Abstract

The purposes of this research 1) to study the condition of building relationships between schools and communities 2) to compare the relationship building between schools and communities in special area school groups in Chiang Dao district according to the opinions of the school administrators and teachers classified by work experience and educational background. The sample group used in this research was 217 administrators and teachers. The research tools used were questionnaires and statistical analysis methods such as percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). When the differences were found, the pair differences were tested using Scheffe's method. The overall research found that building relationships between schools and communities in special area school groups in Chiang Dao district were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at a high level. The highest average was Support and Use of Learning Resources Local Wisdom of The Community, followed by Community Service. The lowest average was in terms of build relationships between the school and community other agencies. When comparing the classification according to work experience and educational qualifications, all 5 aspects were not different.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนของสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนของสถานศึกษากลุ่มโรงเรียนพื้นที่พิเศษในอำเภอเชียงดาว ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และ วุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนพื้นที่พิเศษในอำเภอ เชียงดาว จำนวน 217 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างใช้วิธีทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ จากการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนของสถานศึกษากลุ่มโรงเรียนพื้นที่พิเศษในอำเภอเชียงดาว ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการสนับสนุนและใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของชุมชน รองลงมา คือ ด้านการให้บริการชุมชน และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการสร้างเสริมความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนของโรงเรียนและหน่วยงานอื่น 2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงานและวุฒิการศึกษา ทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน
