THE GUIDELINE OF SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENTOF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE LAMPANGPRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The research had 2 objectives. 1) Study the situational leadership of school administrators and compare the situational leadership of school administrators under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 1, classified by work experience, education, and school size. 2) Study the guideline for development the situational leadership of school administrators and compare the situational leadership of school administrators under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 1. This research was mixed methods. The researcher collected qualitative data by questionnaire. The sample consisted of teachers in schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 1, 269 people. Analyze data from frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The researcher collected qualitative data by interview with 6 qualified persons. Analyz by content analysis.

The research found. 1) The opinions on the situational leadership of school administrators and compare the situational leadership of school administrators under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level. 2) The differences in education, and school size of the sample had levels of the opinions on the situational leadership of school administrators under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 1 different. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 3) Guidelines for development the situational leadership of school administrators and compare the situational leadership of school administrators under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 1, include: developing school administration skills, planning in conjunction with issuing orders, providing opportunities for staff to ask questions and seek advice, listen to opinions, and assign tasks according to their abilities.

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน วุฒิการศึกษา และขนาดสถานศึกษา และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนา ภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 งานวิจัย ฉบับนี้ เป็นการวิจัยผสมผสาน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 จำนวน 269 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ การแจกแจง ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สถิติที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 6 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปางเขต 1 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และขนาดของสถานศึกษามีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 ได้แก่ การพัฒนาทักษะในการบริหารสถานศึกษา การวางแผนควบคู่กับการออกข้อสั่งการ การเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรในสังกัดได้มีการซักถาม ขอคำปรึกษา การรับฟังความคิดเห็น และการมอบหมายงานให้ตรงตามความสามารถ
