FACTORS AFFECTING ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOL IN CHIANGMAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) To study the levels of factors affecting academic administration of school. 2) To study the levels of academic administration of school. 3) To study relationship between factors affecting academic administration of school and academic administration of school.4) To set forecast equations the factors affecting academic administration of school. The sample group were 330 directors and teachers with sample size determination using Krejcie and Morgan table. The tools used to collect data of this research are questionnaires. Index of item-objective congruence was between 0.67-1.00. The reliability used of Cronbach's alpha coefficient with the value 0.973 and 0.989 The data is analyzed by using percentage, average, standard deviation and Pearson’s coefficient analysis, and use the analysis of multiple regression equations.

The research findings were as follows: 1) The overall of levels of factors affecting academic administration of school is in excellent level. 2) The level of the school to be academic administration is in excellent level. 3) The overall of the relationship of the factors affecting academic administration. The statistical significantly is at .01 4) There are 5 factors used to predict the school to be academic administration as follow: factor of media and educational technology (X6), factor of buildings (X5), factor of administrators (X1), factor of parents and communities (X3), and factor of teachers (X2). These factors could predict the academic administration on the percentage of 75 and can be written in a prediction equation as follows: The multiple regression equations are raw score was: Y ̂ = .398 + .271(X6) + .260(X5) + .121(X1) + .128(X3) + .119(X2) The predict equation of standard score was:Z ̂ = .307(X6) + .287(X5) + .141(X1) + .140(X3) + .126(X2) and factor of budgets (X4) is not affected administration of school. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 330 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากนั้นใช้การคำนวณสูตรของเครซี่และมอร์แกน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง .67-1.00 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .973 และ .989 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ ในสถานศึกษาทุกด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ ที่สามารถพยากรณ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 5 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยด้านสื่อและเทคโนโลยี ทางการศึกษา (X6) ปัจจัยด้านอาคารสถานที่ (X5) ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร (X1) ปัจจัยด้านผู้ปกครองและชุมชน (X3) และปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอน (X2) สามารถพยากรณ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 75.00 ดังสมการพยากรณ์ต่อไปนี้ สมการรูปคะแนนดิบ คือ Y ̂ = .398 + .271(X6) + .260(X5) + .121(X1) + .128(X3) + .119(X2) และสมการรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ Z ̂ = .307(X6) + .287(X5) + .141(X1) + .140(X3) + .126(X2) และในส่วนของปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ (X4) ไม่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษา (Y)
