THE SERVICE ACTIVITY FOR COMMUNITY AFFECTING EFFECTIVENESS FIX ITCENTER ADMINISTRATION OF THE COLLEGES UNDER THE OFFICEOF CHIANG RAI VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMISSION

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Study of the Community Repair Center Service (Fix it Center) of educational institutions 2) Study the effectiveness of the administration of the community repair center (Fix it Center) of educational institutions 3) Study the services of the community repair center that affect the effectiveness of the administration of the community repair center (Fix it Center) of educational institutions and 4 ) Create a forecasting equation, efficiency, management The Community Repair Center (Fix it Center) of the educational institution is a quantitative research. The sample group is 13 administrators and 213 teachers, totaling 226 people. The tool used is a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The research results found that 1) The community repair and construction service (Fix it Center) of educational institutions under the Office of Vocational Education, Chiang Rai Province, overall is at a high level in all aspects. When considering each item, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value is the construction service . (Build) Next is repair service . (Repair) And the side with the lowest average value is the service development (Top Up). 2) The overall effectiveness of the administration of the Community Repair and Construction Center (Fix it Center) of educational institutions under the Chiang Rai Provincial Vocational Education Office is at a high level. When considering each item, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was aspect 3, reporting results. Next is the first aspect , the general condition of the community repair center (Fix it Center). And the second side is the process side with the lowest average value. The 4th aspect is the results of the community repair and construction center (Fix it Center). 3) Community Repair Center services that affect the effectiveness of the Community Repair Center (Fix it Center) administration consist of 2 activities: Repair service and Development service. (Top Up) 4 ) The Community Repair Center Service (Fix it Center) can predict the effectiveness of the Community Repair Center Administration (Fix it Center) by 61.60 percent with statistical significance at the .05 level, with the most influential aspects being the (Repair) Service and Development Service. (Top Up) in order.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริการศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย 3) ศึกษาการบริการศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงาน ศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารจำนวน 13 คน และครูจำนวน 213 คน รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 226 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การบริการศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ บริการสร้าง (Build) รองลงมา คือ บริการซ่อม (Repair) และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ บริการพัฒนา (Top Up) 2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านที่ 3 การรายงานผล รองลงมา คือ ด้านที่ 1 สภาพทั่วไปของศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) และด้านที่ 2 กระบวนการ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านที่ 4 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการดำเนินงานศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) 3) การบริการศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) ของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย มีจำนวน 2 กิจกรรม คือ บริการซ่อม (Repair) และบริการพัฒนา (Top Up) 4) การบริการศูนย์ซ่อมสร้าง เพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานศูนย์ซ่อมสร้างเพื่อชุมชน (Fix it Center) ได้ร้อยละ 61.60 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยด้านที่ส่งผลมากที่สุด คือ บริการซ่อม (Repair) และบริการพัฒนา (Top Up) ตามลำดับ
