A STUDY OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS' SKILLS IN THE DIGITAL ERA UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHIANG MAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 3

Abstract

This research aimed to study and compare the skills of school administrators in the digital age under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Mai, Area 3, classified by their tenure, age, and experience in school administration. The sample group used in this research consisted of 118 school administrators using the calculation formula of Krejci and Morgan by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire, which went through the content validity analysis process with a consistency index between 0.80-1.00 and a reliability of 0.86. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (Independent t-test), one-way analysis of variance, and paired test according to the Scheffe method. The results of the research are as follows: 1) The skills of school administrators in the digital age are at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, the aspect with the highest average value is human relations skills, followed by analytical and creative thinking skills, and the aspect with the lowest average value is digital technology skills. 2) School administrators with different tenures have different opinions on the skills of school administrators in the digital age. The overall picture is significantly different at the .05 level. School administrators of different ages have opinions on the skills of school administrators in the digital age. The overall picture is significantly different at the .05 level. School administrators with different experience in school administration have opinions on the skills of school administrators in the digital age. The overall picture and each aspect are significantly different at the .05 level.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 จำแนกตาม สภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง อายุและประสบการณ์ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 118 คน โดยใช้สูตรคำนวณของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยผ่านขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.86 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบทดสอบค่าที (t-test แบบ Independent) การวิเคราะห์การแปรปรวนทางเดียว, F-test การทดสอบรายคู่ตามวิธีของ เซฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1) ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านทักษะด้านมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ รองลงมาคือ ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และคิดสร้างสรรค์ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ทักษะด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีสภาพการดำรงตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีอายุต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารสถานศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในยุคดิจิทัล โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
