The Study of Operation Format According to the standard of Child Development Center Affiliated Local Administration of Maechan District,Chiangrai Province.

Abstract

The objective of this Independent study were : 1) to study Operating conditions According to operating standard Child Development Center Under Local government organization Ampur Mae-Chan Chiangrai Province. 2)to study Suggestion to use as a guide In ooeration According to the standard Child Development Center Under Local government organization Ampur Mae-Chan Chiangrai Province.Population include Local administrator 12 Persons. Board Administration of child development center 12 Persons. Teacher 12 Persons. Child caregiver 12 Persons,Perents 72 Persons.Total 120 Persons.Research tools is Questionnaires Answer type and Estimation. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation. And qualitative data analysis. 1.From The results of the study found that Operating conditions According to operating standard Child Development Center Under Local government organization Ampur Mae-Chan Chiangrai Province. In the overall and individual aspects.In enery level.With the most average aspect is Administration of child development centers. Followed by is Building, environment and safety. Followed by is Personnel. Followed by is Academic and activity based courses. Followed by is Promotion of early childhood development networks. And the least average aspect is Participation and support from all sectors. Respectively. 2.From The results of the study found that Suggestion to use as a guide In operation According to the standard Child Development Center Under Local government organization Ampur Mae-Chan Chiangrai Province.See about Administration of child development centers. Most answerers commented that want to explore community needs truly. Personnel, Most answerers commented that want to personnel as a medium build a good relationship between children and parents. Building, environment and safety. Most parents want to there are accidents at least 1 time per year. Academic and activity based courses. Most answerers commented that want to have more language development for children. Participation and support from all sectors. Board Administration of child development center want to have learning resources in the community. Promotion of early childhood development networks. Local administrator want to personnel produce more innovative media for early chikdhood.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอแม่จัน จังหวัดเชียงราย 2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในสังกัด องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอำเภอแม่จัน จังหวัดเชียงราย ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น จำนวน 12 คน คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 12 คน ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 12 คน ผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 12 คน และผู้ปกครองเด็ก จำนวน 72 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามแบบเลือกตอบและแบบประเมินค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ 1.จากการศึกษา พบว่า สภาพการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดำเนินงาน ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในสังกัด องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอแม่จัน จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัยของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านบุคลากร อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วน อยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับ 2.ผลการศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในสังกัด องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอแม่จัน จังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า ด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่แสดงความคิดเห็นว่า อยากให้มีการสำรวจความต้องการของชุมชนอย่างแท้จริง ด้านบุคลากร ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่อยากให้ บุคลากรเป็นสื่อกลางสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างเด็ก พ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครอง ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย ผู้ปกครองเด็กส่วนใหญ่อยากให้มีการฝึกซ้อมอุบัติภัยอย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง เพื่อเป็นการซักซ้อมเมื่อเกิดอุบัติภัย ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่อยากให้มีการพัฒนาด้านภาษาให้เด็กให้มากยิ่งขึ้น ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วน คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กอยากให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ในชุมชน เพื่อให้เด็กได้ออกไปศึกษานอกสถานที่บ้าง ด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย ผู้บริหารอยากให้บุคลากรผลิตสื่อนวัตกรรมสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยเพิ่มขึ้น
