THE IMPACT OF 21ST CENTURY SCHOOL LEADERSHIP SKILLS ON FOSTERING HAPPY ORGANIZATIONS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, UNDER NAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) study the 21st century skills of school administrators under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) study the characteristics of happy organizations in schools under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) examine the 21st century administrative skills affecting happy organizations in schools under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population consisted of 1,167 educational personnel. The sample size of 291 participants was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table and selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. According to the findings 1) Skill level of school administrators in the 21st century, affiliated to the Nan District 2 Primary School Area Office. In descending order, they are as follows: the highest, technology and digital skills, followed by communication skills, followed by vision skills, followed by creative skills, followed by technical skills, and the lowest are interpersonal skills, respectively 2) The level of happy organization characteristics in schools under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was overall at a high level in all aspects. Ranked from highest to lowest: being generous, having good health and organizational/social care, family care, professional learning and expertise, morality and gratitude, emotional management, and financial management. 3) The 21st century school administrator skills that affect happy organizations in schools under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consist of 4 aspects: communication skills, creative thinking skills, human relations skills, and visionary skills, with statistical significance at the .01 level.

การศึกษาค้นคว้าในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ทางการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 2) เพื่อศึกษาการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 3) เพื่อศึกษาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 ประชากร ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนทางการศึกษา จำนวน 1,167 คน ผู้วิจัยทำการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการเปิดตารางการประมาณค่าสัดส่วน ของเครซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) ได้จำนวน 291 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน จากผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 ผลการวิจัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยตามลำดับดังนี้ สูงสุด ทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีและดิจิทัล รองลงมาทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร รองลงมาทักษะด้านวิสัยทัศน์ รองลงมาทักษะด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ รองลงมาทักษะด้านเทคนิค และน้อยสุดทักษะ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ตามลำดับ 2) ระดับองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยตามลำดับดังนี้ สูงสุดด้าน การเป็นผู้ที่มีน้ำใจ รองลงมาด้านการเป็นผู้ที่มีสุขภาพดีและด้านการเป็นผู้ที่รักและดูแลองค์กร/สังคมของตนเองได้ รองลงมาด้านการเป็นผู้ที่รักและดูแลครอบครัวตนเองได้ รองลงมาด้านการเป็นผู้รักการเรียนรู้และเป็นมืออาชีพในงาน รองลงมาด้านการเป็นผู้มีคุณธรรมและความกตัญญู รองลงมาด้านการเป็นผู้ที่สามารถจัดการกับอารมณ์ของตนเอง และน้อยสุดด้านการเป็นผู้ใช้เงินตามลำดับ 3) ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อองค์กรแห่งความสุขในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 มีจำนวน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร ทักษะด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และทักษะด้านวิสัยทัศน์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
