THE PARCITIPATORY DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL HISTORY CURRICULUM IN FANG RIVER BASIN TO ENHANCE ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENT

Abstract

The research objectives were to: 1) study the needs assessment and synthesize of local historical knowledge, 2) develop and validation, 3) implementation, 4) evaluation. The sample group consisted of 40 Mathayomsuksa 4 students selected through purposive sampling using a one-group posttest design.

Research findings:

1. Needs assessment and local historical knowledge of Fang River Basin

1.1 Administrators encountered with central policies, teachers lacked resources support, students found history uninteresting. Therefore, there was a need to build cooperation.

1.2 Local historical knowledge of Fang River Basin was categorized into 3 sets: legends and Perception of Fang River Basin, Changes in Fang River Basin, Becoming Active Citizen.

2. Curriculum documents consisted of 7 components: 1) principles, 2) objectives, 3) description, 4) structure, 5) activities, 6) assessment and evaluation, 7) materials and resources. The first group of experts evaluated at a high level with a mean of 4.24 S.D. 0.45, The second group of experts evaluated at a high level with a mean of 4.28 S.D. 0.39

3. The implementation results showed that students achieved a high level of understanding with a mean of 3.87 S.D. 0.68, and a high level of active citizenship with a mean of 4.23 S.D. 0.61

4. The evaluation reflected positive outcomes for students, teachers, administrators, researcher, communities. Students reported high satisfaction with a mean of 4.21 S.D. 0.59

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพความต้องการและสังเคราะห์ความรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่น 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตร 3) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตร 4) ประเมินหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ปีที่ 4 จำนวน 40 คน ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบแผนกลุ่มเดียวทดสอบหลังเรียน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพความต้องการ และความรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นลุ่มน้ำฝาง

1.1 ผู้บริหารพบปัญหาด้านนโยบายจากส่วนกลาง ครูขาดการสนับสนุนด้านทรัพยากร นักเรียนมองว่าวิชาประวัติศาสตร์ยังไม่น่าสนใจ จึงต้องการสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างกัน

1.2 ความรู้ท้องถิ่นประวัติศาสตร์ลุ่มน้ำฝาง แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ชุด ได้แก่ ตำนานและความทรงจำในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำฝาง, ความเปลี่ยนแปลงในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำฝาง, การเป็นพลเมืองท้องถิ่นลุ่มน้ำฝาง

2. เอกสารหลักสูตร มี 7 องค์ประกอบ ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการ, 2) จุดมุ่งหมาย, 3) คำอธิบายรายวิชา, 4) โครงสร้างรายวิชา, 5) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้, 6) การวัดและประเมินผล, 7) สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญกลุ่มที่หนึ่ง ประเมินหลักสูตร ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.24 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.45 ผู้เชี่ยวชาญกลุ่มที่สองประเมินหลักสูตร ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.28 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.39

3. ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตร พบว่า นักเรียนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ ในระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.87 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.68 และมีระดับความเป็นพลเมืองตื่นรู้ ในระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.23 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.61

4. ผลการประเมินหลักสูตร สะท้อนถึงประสิทธิภาพที่ดีต่อผู้เรียน ครู ผู้บริหาร ผู้วิจัย ชุมชน และนักเรียน มีความพึงพอใจ ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.21 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.59
