COMPETENCIES OF THE ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING TEACHERS'ERFORMANCES IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS UNDER OFFICE OFTHE PRIVATE EDUCATION COMMISSION CHIANG RAI 2

Abstract

he objectives of this research were to 1) study the competencies of the administrators in Secondary Schools Under Office of the Private Education Commission Chiang Rai 2. 2) study the teachers’ performance competencies in Secondary Schools Under Office of the Private Education Commission Chiang Rai 2. and 3) study the competencies of the administrators that affect to teachers' performance competencies in Secondary Schools Under Office of the Private Education Commission Chiang Rai 2. The samples consisted of 105 administrators and teachers. Using the Taro Yamane table to determine the sample size. The Data were collected by the competencies of the administrators questionnaire with IOC between 0.67-1.00 and reliability at .978. The teachers’ competencies questionnaire has IOC 1.00 and reliability at .986. Then the data were analyzed by a mean, a standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation of coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The research results revealed that 1) the competencies of the administrators in Secondary Schools Under Office of the Private Education Commission Chiang Rai 2 have overall average and every parts at a high level. 2) the teachers’ performance competencies in Secondary Schools Under Office of the Private Education Commission Chiang Rai 2 have overall average and every parts at a high level. 3) the competencies of the administrators and the teachers' performance competencies in Secondary Schools Under Office of the Private Education Commission Chiang Rai 2 have a positive relationship. The competencies of the administrators that affect to teachers' performance competencies in Secondary Schools Under Office of the Private Education Commission Chiang Rai 2 consists of analysis and synthesis part. And the other part is service mind with statistical significance at .01.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย เขต 2 2) ศึกษาสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย ขต 2 3) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 105 คน การสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่า (IOC) แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะของผู้บริหาร อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .978 แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะครู มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .986 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สมรรถนะของผู้บริหาร ในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย เขต 2 มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สมรรถนะปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย เขต 2 มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารกับสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย เขต 2 พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดเชียงราย เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 2 ด้าน คือ การวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์และการบริการที่ดี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 สามารถเขียนในรูปแบบของสมการพยากรณ์ ในสมการพยากรณ์รูปคะแนนดิบและสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้
