A STUDY ON THE ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION PERFORMANCE OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTREATOES OF SCHOOL UNDER THE CHIANG MAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the Academic Administration Performance of Educational Administrators of school administrators and to compare the Academic Administration Performance of Educational Administrators of school administrators Subdistrict Education Quality Development Center under the office of Chiang Mai Elementary School District 3 classified by educational background and work experience. The samples used in this research were 327 school education personnel in Mae No Wang Educational Quality Development Center under the office of Chiang Mai Elementary School District 3. The tools used were a 5-point estimation sole questionnaire with a reliability of 0.871 statistics used were Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. t-test, F-test or One Way ANOVA test when differences were found and compared in pairs with LSD (Least Significant Difference) method. The results showed that: 1) the Academic Administration Performance of Educational Administrators of School Administrators Overall, it was of a high level. If considering each aspect, it was found the Academic Administration Performance of Educational Administrators were at the high level. As for Management of learning management to develop educational curriculum for supervising learning management and promoting research to improve quality at a high level 2) Comparison of School Administrators Innovative Leadership Classified by educational background and work experience the overall and individual aspects were significantly different at 05 in all aspects.

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่เขต 3 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่เขต 3 จำนวน 327 คน เครื่องมีอที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.871 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ การทดสอบ t-test และ F-test และหาค่าความแปรปรวนแบบทิศทางเดียว One Way ANOVA เมื่อพบความแตกต่างกันทำการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธี L.S.D (Least Singnificant Difference) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ระดับสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการส่งเสริมให้มีการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพ อยู่ในระดับมาก

2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามระดับวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงานในภาพรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
