THE CONDITIONS AND GUIDELINES TO MANAGE THE SCHOOLS OF PREVENTIVE AND PROBLEM-SOLVING MEASUREMENTS OF PARTICULATE MATTER WITH A DIAMETER OF LESS THAN 2.5 MICRONS OF CHIANGRAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) To study the conditions and guidelines to manage the schools of preventive and problem-solving measurements of particulate matter with a diameter of less than 2.5 microns of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample group was school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel. A total of 316 people by randomly selected. The data collecting instrument was a questionnaire to Likert ratio 5 scale and suitability and feasibility assessment. The statistics included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results showed that. the conditions and guidelines to manage the schools of preventive and problem-solving measurements of particulate matter with a diameter of less than 2.5 microns of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. Overall, it is considered to be at a high level. The aspect with the highest average is student coverage with intellectual disabilities, speech impairments, hyperactivity disorder, and autistic children Including students in remote areas. The lowest average is financial management which is at a high level. There are 6 guidelines.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในสถานการณ์ฝุ่น PM 2.5 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 จำนวน 316 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลค่าการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบียงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาในสถานการณ์ฝุ่น PM 2.5 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการครอบคลุมนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางสติปัญญา บกพร่องทางการพูด มีภาวะสมาธิสั้น และเด็กออทิสติก รวมถึงนักเรียนในพื้นที่ห่างไกล รองลงมา คือ ด้านการเรียนรู้ รองลงมา คือ ด้านสวัสดิภาพ และการคุ้มครอง และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการบริหารการเงิน ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับ มาก และมี 6 แนวทาง
