DEVELOPMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE NURSING STUDENT COUNSELINGMODEL FOR NURSING INSTRUCTORS UNDER THE JURISDICTIONOF THE PRABOMARAJCHANOK INSTITUTE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop an effective student counseling model for nursing instructors. The research was divided into 3 steps as follows: Step 1: Study of factors and guidelines for effective counseling of nursing students by nursing instructors. The sample group consisted of 310 administrators and nursing instructors. The tools used is a questionnaire on factors of effective counseling Scale type: 5 levels. The results of the content validity examination obtained an IOC between 0.60-1.00 and Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient equal to 0.89. Data were analyzed by finding the mean and standard deviation. As for guidelines for effective student counseling The group of informants was administrators and teachers responsible for guidance work, totaling 10 people. The instrument used was a semi-structured interview form. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Step 2: Creating an effective student counseling model for nursing instructors. By means of group discussion and suitability assessment. by 9 experts. The tool used was a model suitability evaluation form. Scale type: 5 levels. Data were analyzed by finding the mean and standard deviation. Step 3: Evaluating the effective student counseling model of nursing instructors. The sample group is administrators and teachers responsible for guidance work, and 90 nursing instructors. The tool used was a 5-level scale model to assess the feasibility and usefulness of the model. Data were analyzed by finding the mean and standard deviation.

The results of the research found that the nursing instructor's effective student counseling model consists of 6 elements: 1) principles, 2) objectives, 3) inputs, 4) processes, 5) efficiency, and 6) success factors. The experts were of the opinion that the format was appropriate at a high level. And the results of evaluating the feasibility and usefulness of the model found that it was possible to use the model and that it was useful at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการให้คำปรึกษานักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพของอาจารย์พยาบาล ดำเนินวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาปัจจัยและแนวทางการให้คำปรึกษานักศึกษาพยาบลที่มีประสิทธิภาพของอาจารย์พยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์พยาบาล จำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยการให้คำปรึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ชนิดมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาได้ค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.60-1.00 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient) เท่ากับ 0.89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนแนวทางการให้คำปรึกษานักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบ งานแนะแนว จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างรูปแบบการให้คำปรึกษานักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพของอาจารย์พยาบาล ด้วยวิธีการ สนทนากลุ่มและประเมินความเหมาะสม โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบประเมิน ความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ ชนิดมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินรูปแบบการให้คำปรึกษานักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพของอาจารย์พยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบงานแนะแนว และอาจารย์พยาบาล จำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบชนิดมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการให้คำปรึกษานักศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพของอาจารย์พยาบาล ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) ปัจจัยนำเข้า 4) กระบวนการ 5) ประสิทธิภาพ และ 6) ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ โดยผู้ทรงคุณฒิมีความเห็นว่ารูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก และ ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ พบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
