Web Application Development of Training Management For Provincial Electricity Authority School

Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1) design and development web application of training management for Provincial Electricity Authority school 2) evaluate the efficiency of system and 3) evaluate user’s satisfaction of system. The population and samples group were 1) System specialist on content design, measurement, and evaluation aspects in a total of 9 persons. And student of Provincial Electricity Authority School, in a total of 150 persons,Trainer in a total of 15 persons and employee of Provincial Electricity Authority School in a total of 15 persons. Research instruments were interviews, a Quality assessment form, and a satisfaction questionnaire. The results of the research were shown that 1) The result of Design and Develop System had high quality. (x̅ = 4.50, S.D. = 0.57) 2) the result of system efficiency had high quality. (x̅= 4.52, S.D. = 0.54) 3) The satisfaction of the users of the The Web Application System was high (x̅ = 4.58, S.D. = 0.59).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบจัดการข้อมูลการฝึกอบรมของโรงเรียนช่างการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค บนเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน (2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพด้านการใช้งานของระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น (3) เพื่อประเมินผลความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวัดและประเมินผล จำนวน 3 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหา จำนวน 3 คน และด้านการออกแบบระบบ จำนวน 3 คน และนักเรียนโรงเรียนช่างการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค จำนวน 150 คน และวิทยากรและครูฝึก จำนวน 15 คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนช่างการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบประเมินคุณภาพ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบมีคุณภาพในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.50, S.D. = 0.57) 2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพด้านการใช้งานของระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.52, S.D. = 0.54) และ 3) ผลการประเมินผลความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.58, S.D. = 0.59)
