A STUDY ON EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION COMPETENCIESOF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS OF THE UNITED CAMPUS,PHUKAMYAO, SECONDARY EDUCATIONALSERVICE AREA PHAYAO

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the teachers’ opinions on the competence of administrators in school administration of the united campus Phukamyao secondary educational service area Phayao and 2) to compare the teachers’ opinions on the competence of administrators in school administration of the united campus Phukamyao secondary educational service area Phayao based on work experience and size of the school. The sample group includes 210 teachers in educational institutions of the united campus Phukamyao secondary educational service area Phayao, the sample size was determined using the ready-made tables of Krejcie and Morgan. A stratified sampling method was used and the proportions were determined according to the size of the population in each educational institution and a specific sampling was performed. The consistency index (IOC) was 1.00 and the alpha coefficient obtained the reliability of the whole questionnaire equal to .98. The instrument used was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics in the analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. F-test and One-Way ANOVA

The results of the research find that: 1) the level of core competence of administrators in school administration of the united campus Phukamyao secondary educational service area Phayao, overall, each aspect was at a high level, 2) the results of the comparison of teachers’ opinions on the competence of administrators in school administration of the united campus Phukamyao secondary educational service area Phayao, classified by work experience, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference and the results of the comparison of teachers’ opinions on the competence of administrators in school administration of the united campus Phukamyao secondary educational service area Phayao, classified by size of the school, it was found that the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาของสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา จำนวน 210 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นและนำมากำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของกลุ่มประชากรในแต่ละสถานศึกษาและทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง โดยหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) มีค่าเท่ากับ1.00 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน และผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
