THE ROLE OF ADMINISTRATORS IN PROMOTING EXCELLENT IN EDUCATION INSTIUTIONSUNDER PHRAE PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF THE NON-FORMALAND INFORMAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1) To study the role of administrators in promoting excellent and 2) to compare the teachers’ opinions on the role of administrators in promoting excellent in educational institutions under Phare Provincial office of the Non-formal and Informal education classified by educational levels and working experience. The sample group used in this research consisted of 92 teachers. Research tools for collecting data were sets of rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, One-Way ANOVA.

The results of the research that 1) The role of administrators in promoting excellent in educational institutions under Phare Provincial office of the Non-formal and Informal education overall at a high levelThe highestwas the aspect of customer and stakeholder and operational focus, followed by measurement, analysis and knowledge management and workforce. The lowest was the leadership. 2) The results of the compare of the teachers’ opinions on the role of administrators in promoting excellent in educational institutions under Phare Provincial office of the Non-formal and Informal education classified by educational levels and working experience overall and each aspect is not different.

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดแพร่ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดแพร่ จำนวน 92 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทำสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – Way ANOVA)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดแพร่ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการให้ความสำคัญกับผู้รับบริการและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และด้านการมุ่งเน้น การปฏิบัติการ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการวัด การวิเคราะห์และการจัดการความรู้ และด้านการมุ่งเน้นทรัพยากรบุคคล ด้านการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการนำองค์กร 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดแพร่ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงานโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
