MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE FOUNDATION OF THE CHURCH OF CHRIST IN THAILAND

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the management according to the educational instutions under the foundation of the church of Christ in Thailand. And 2) to compare the administration according to the educational institution quality development strategy under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand Classified by work experience. The sample group in this study was 221 school administrators under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand. The research instrument was a rating scale for 5 levels. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation and the One Way ANOVA

The research findings were 1) the educational institution quality development strategy under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand Overall, the management according to the educational institution quality development strategy was at a high level. In descending order of averages as follows: In terms of improving management efficiency Developing the quality of learners on the basis of Christianity and ethics 2) the comparison of the management according to the educational institution quality development strategy Under the Foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand Classified by work experience Overall and each aspect is not different.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารตามยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคุณภาพสถานศึกษาสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารตามยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคุณภาพสถานศึกษา สังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย ในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 221 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว One-way ANOVA

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การศึกษาการบริหารตามยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคุณภาพสถานศึกษา สังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย ในภาพรวมการบริหารตามยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคุณภาพสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ ด้านการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนบนพื้นฐานคริสตจริยธรรม ด้านการยกระดับคุณภาพและเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้โรงเรียน 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารตามยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคุณภาพสถานศึกษา สังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
