INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN SONG DISTRICTPHRAE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study teachers' opinions towards the innovative leadership of school administrators in Song district under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) to compare the opinions of teachers towards the innovative leadership of school administrators in Song district under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, education level, work experience, and academic position. The sample group was teachers in Song District. There were 190 people. The sample size was determined using ready-made tables of Craigie and Morgan. The total population size of 127 people by using a stratified random sampling method, the proportions were determined according to the size of the population and purposive sampling was performed. The instrument was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. Statistics for analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. t-test, F-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research findings were as follows: 1) The result of innovative leadership of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers in Song district under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 overall and each aspect was at a high level. 2) The result of comparing teachers' opinions towards innovative leadership of school administrators under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender were found to be significantly different at the .05 level. The result of comparing teachers' opinions towards innovative leadership of school administrators under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by educational level, work experience, and academic position found that there were no difference.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 1 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 1 จำแนกตาม เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ตำแหน่งวิทยฐานะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 1 กำหนดขนาด กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เทียบขนาดของประชากรที่จำนวน 190 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 127 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นและนำมากำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาด ของกลุ่มประชากรในแต่ละสถานศึกษาและทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way Anova) ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 0.67–1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูในอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 1 โดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน จำแนกตามตำแหน่งวิทยฐานะพบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน
