Abstract

The objectives of the study were as follows: To study the administrative conditions according to the education and learning management policy for early childhood children of educational institutions. and to study the management guidelines according to the education and learning management policy for early childhood children of educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the sample group was school administrators. and early childhood teachers Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2, a total of 187 people were randomly stratified. using educational institutions as criteria tools used In this research namely, a 5-point estimation scale questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. Statistics used for analysis consisted of mean and standard deviation. Analyzing content and forming conclusions. The research results found that: 1) Administrative conditions according to the early childhood education and learning policy of educational institutions under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were overall at the highest level. 2) Administrative guidelines according to the early childhood education and learning management policy of educational institutions under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 found that parents and stakeholders should be given an opportunity to Stakeholders take part in driving the management. It also encourages teachers to organize the teaching and learning process according to the curriculum. การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารตามนโยบายการจัดการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษา และศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารตามนโยบายการจัดการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 187 คน ทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้สถานศึกษาเป็นเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสร้างข้อสรุป ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารตามนโยบายการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) แนวทางการบริหารตามนโยบายการจัดการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 พบว่า ควรเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองและผู้มีส่วนได้เสียเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนการบริหาร อีกทั้งสนับสนุนให้ครูจัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตร ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของต้นสังกัด ห้องเรียนควรจัดให้สอดคล้องกับวัยและพัฒนาการ การจัดกิจกรรมการเล่นควรให้เด็กเล่นได้อย่างอิสระทั้งในและนอกห้องเรียนและครูผู้สอนควรได้รับการอบรม สัมมนา ศึกษาดูงานมีการส่งเสริมให้นำเทคโนโลยีเข้ามามีส่วนช่วยพัฒนาตนเอง
