ENVIRONMENTAL ADMINISTRATION IN SCHOOL SONG DISTRICT OF PHRAE PRIMARYEDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study environmental management in educational institutions in Song District under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and to compare environmental management in educational institutions in Song District. The research was Classified by gender, age, work experience, and education level. The sample group was administrators and teachers in educational institutions in Song District. There were 136 people. The sample size was determined using ready-made tables of Kreigie and Morgan. Stratified random sampling method, the proportions were determined according to the size of the population and purposive sampling was performed. The instrument was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. with a concordance index between 0.67-1.00 and a confidence value of 0.959. Statistics for analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. t-test, F-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of the research found that 1) The opinions of the administrators and teachers for environmental management in educational institutions in Song District overall and each aspect was at the highest level. 2) The comparison of environmental management of the administrator's and teachers' opinions in Song District under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, age and educational level was not different., and The comparison of environmental management of the administrator's and teachers' opinions in Song District under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by work experience found the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในสถานศึกษาอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดแพร่ เขต 1 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในสถานศึกษาอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดแพร่ เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และข้าราชการครู ในสถานศึกษาอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 1 รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 136 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเคซี่และมอร์แกน เทียบขนาดของประชากรที่จำนวน 210 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นและนำมากำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของกลุ่มประชากรและทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.959 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way Anova) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดแพร่ เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และข้าราชการครูต่อการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดแพร่ เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และข้าราชการครูต่อการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาอำเภอสอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดแพร่ เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
