Relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and quality of students in schools under Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research were 1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators under Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 2) to study the quality of students in schools under Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 3) to study the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and the quality of students in schools under Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample size was calculated by G*Power 3.1 version. The sample were 138 school teachers in the academic year 2022 by simple random sampling stratified. Data were collected with a Likert rating scale questionnaire developed by the researcher. The reliability value of the whole questionnaire was .985 and the reliability value of the transformational leadership was .967 along with the reliability value of student quality was .960. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation.

The results of the research found that 1) The results of the analysis of the transformational leadership data of school administrators overall, was at a high level. 2) The results of the data analysis on the student quality overall, was at a high level. 3) The relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and student quality under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, was a high level of positive correlation (r=.830) statistically significant at the .01 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 คำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้โปรแกรม G*Power เวอร์ชัน 3.1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน คือ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 138 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับของ Likert ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .985 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร เท่ากับ .967 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามคุณภาพผู้เรียน เท่ากับ .960 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) คุณภาพผู้เรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับคุณภาพผู้เรียนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 1 (r=.830) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
