RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TECHNOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATORS AND THE USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY OF TEACHERS IN THE SCHOOLS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE BANGKOK 2

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to investigate 1) the technological leadership of administrators in the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, 2) the use of information and communication technology of teachers in the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, and 3) the relationship between technological leadership of administrators and the use of information and communication technology of teachers in the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2. The samples were 404 school teachers working in the academic year of 2022. The instruments used were the five rating scale questionnaires. The reliability of the questionaires of technological leadership of administrators was at .99 and the use of information and communication technology of teachers was at .98. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation statistics.

The results of the study revealed that 1) the technological leadership of administrators in the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 in overall and each aspect were rated at a high level, 2) the use of information and communication technology of teachers in the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 in overall was rated at a high level, when considered in each aspect, it was found that the aspect of teaching and learning management was at a high level, and the aspect of work performance was at the highest level, and 3) there was a significant positive correlation of relationship between the technological leadership of administrators and the use of information and communication technology of teachers at the level of .01 at a rather high level (r=.625).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 404 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเท่ากับ .99 และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในสถานศึกษาเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 โดยรวมและในแต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 โดยรวมและด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการปฏิบัติงานทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (r=.625)
