Abstract

The purpose of this study was study the information system management and the suggestions for information system management of schools in Wiang Kaen District, Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service area 4. Questionnaires which was given to the 60 peoples consisting of directors and teachers who concerned with school information system. Descriptive statistics that are used in the data analysis include average, and standard deviation. The results of the study found; 1.) The information system management of schools in Wiang Kaen District, Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service area 4 overall management of 4 areas : 1. Academic management overall is the highest levels. 2. Budget management overall is the high levels. 3. People management overall is the high levels. 4. General management overall is the highest levels. 2.) The guidelines of information system management of schools in Wiang Kaen District, Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service area 4 overall management of 4 areas: The collecting data, school should determine how to collecting data. Determining the responsible person to collect data to appropriate and consistent with the administration of the school. The checking data, school should verify the authenticity and integrity of data for the administration of the school. The processing data, school should sort to distinguish according to the characteristics and categories. Use the appropriate statistics to store data and process into complete information. The presenting data and information, sorting information according to urgency and importance in applying and The storing data and information, school should keep information in a database, classification systematically and easy to find information to use in various tasks.

การศึกษาการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในอำเภอเวียงแก่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศในการบริหารงาน 4 ด้าน และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในอำเภอเวียงแก่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้รับผิดชอบงานสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษา จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในอำเภอเวียงแก่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมของการบริหารงาน 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1. งานบริหารวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. งานบริหารงบประมาณ อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. งานบริหารบุคคล อยู่ในระดับมาก 4. งานบริหารทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) แนวทางการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในอำเภอเวียงแก่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมของการบริหารงาน 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านการรวบรวมข้อมูล สถานศึกษาควรมีกำหนดวิธีการ การกำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลให้ชัดเจน มีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา ด้านการตรวจสอบข้อมูล สถานศึกษาควรตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความสมบูรณ์ของแหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลสำหรับการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา ด้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล จัดเรียงลำดับแยกแยะตามลักษณะและประเภท จัดแบ่งกลุ่มของข้อมูล ใช้ค่าสถิติที่เหมาะสมกับข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บ และประมวลผลข้อมูลให้เป็นสารสนเทศได้ครอบคลุมครบถ้วน ด้านการนำเสนอข้อมูลและสารสนเทศ สถานศึกษาควรมีการจัดลำดับสารสนเทศตามความเร่งด่วนและความสำคัญในการนำไปใช้ และด้านการจัดเก็บข้อมูลและสารสนเทศ สถานศึกษาควรมีการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลและสารสนเทศในรูปแบบฐานข้อมูล โดยการจำแนกหมวดหมู่อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อสะดวกสำหรับการสืบค้นข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์ในงานต่าง ๆ
