IMPLEMENTATION OF LOCAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF CHANDRAKASEM RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY IN THE AREA OF CHAINAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) investigate the implementation of local development strategy of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University in the area of Chainat Province in the aspects of economy, environment, society, and education, in overall and each aspect, and 2) compare the implementation of local development strategy of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University in overall and each aspect according to the opinions of involved persons classified by university personnel and community leaders. There were 205 samples. The instrument used was a five rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of .94. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a t-test statistics.

The results of the study were as follows.

1. The implementation of local development strategy of Chandrakasem Rajabhat University in the area of Chainat Province in overall and each aspect were at a high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that the aspect of economy was at the highest level, while the other aspects were at a high level.

2. There was a significant difference between the opinions of university personnel and community leader on the implementation of local development strategy in overall at the level of .05. When considered in each aspect, it was found that there was a significant difference between the opinions of university personnel and community leader in the aspects of economy, society, and education at the level of .05 , except the aspect of environment.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชัยนาท ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านสังคม และด้านการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชัยนาท โดยรวมและรายด้าน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จำแนกตามบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยและผู้นำชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. การดำเนินงานยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชัยนาท โดยรวมพบว่ามีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านเศรษฐกิจ มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านสังคม และด้านการศึกษา พบว่ามีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. การเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชัยนาท โดยรวมและรายด้าน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จำแนกตามบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยและผู้นำชุมชน โดยรวมพบว่า แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม และด้านการศึกษา แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน
