THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUDDHIST ECONOMICS EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION MODEL CASE STUDY BUDDHIST ECONOMICS FARMER SCHOOL

Abstract

The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to study the educational management guidelines according to Buddhist economics 2) to develop a model of education management guidelines according to Buddhist economics 3) to evaluate the education management guidelines model according to Buddhist economics. The research process is divided into three steps. The first step is the study of the components and approaches of education management guidelines according to Buddhist economics. The researcher has studied the relevant documents, interviewed two experts in alternative education and five experts who are representatices of domestic and abroad non-formal institutions, lastly, analyzed the data through 'content analysis.' The second step is the development of an education management guidelines model in accordance with Buddhist economics. This stage is done by drafting the model of education management guidelines following Buddhist economics and examining its coverage and appropriateness through a 'focus group' discussion with eleven qualified scholars. The methods used in this process were the 'coverage' and 'appropriateness' verifications on the model. The statistics used to analyze the data include the arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The third step is the evaluation of the education management guidelines model. At this stage, a connoisseurship was held with eight experts to evaluate the model. The method used were the 'feasibility' and 'usefulness' evaluations on the strategy. The statistics used included the arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

This research has shown that the model of educational management in accordance with Buddhist economics has an appropriate approach, consisting of: 1. Philosophy 2. Principles of the model 3. Purpose of the model 4. Components of educational management 5. Management with System Theory, and 6. Success factors, which are Curriculum, Personnel, Supporting factors, and Buddhist-approach administration.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวพุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวพุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษา ตามแนวพุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ กำหนดขั้นตอนการวิจัยเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและ แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวพุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง สัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ด้านการศึกษาและการศึกษาทางเลือกจำนวน 2 ท่าน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของสถานศึกษา นอกระบบทั้งในและต่างประเทศ จำนวน 5 ท่าน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวพุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ โดยการยกร่างรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวพุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ และการตรวจสอบ ความครอบคลุมและความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวพุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ โดยการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) กับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 11 ท่าน และเครื่องมือที่ใช้คือประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบสอบถามความครอบคลุมและความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวพุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ โดยการจัดสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (Conniosuership) กับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 8 ท่าน และเครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ ประเด็นการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และแบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาตามแนวพุทธเศรษฐศาสตร์ ประกอบด้วย 1) ปรัชญา 2) หลักการของรูปแบบ 3) วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ 4) องค์ประกอบการจัดการศึกษา 5) การบริหารตามทฤษฎีระบบ 6) ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักสูตร 2) บุคลากร 3) ปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน และ 4) การบริหารเชิงพุทธ
