THE MODEL OF AN EFFECTIVE DEMONSTRATION SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION UNDER AUTONOMOUS UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the factors and guidelines for effective demonstration school administration under autonomous university. 2) develop the model of an effective demonstration school administration under autonomous university and 3) evaluate the model of an effective demonstration school administration under autonomous university. The research was conducted in 3 steps. Step 1 was to study the factors and guidelines for effective demonstration school administration under autonomous university by interview groups by 9 key informants with specific selection. Step 2 was to develop the model of an effective demonstration school administration under autonomous university was created by 18 experts. Step 3 was evaluate the model of an effective demonstration school administration under autonomous university from 36 administers. The statistical devices for data analysis were mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.). The research findings were as follows 1) The factors and guidelines for effective demonstration school administration under autonomous university in three aspects and sixteen factors were input, process and output. Input had environment, management, organizational characteristics, executive leadership, personnel, development networks. The process factors had policy formulation, strategic planning, leadership, students and stakeholder focus, personnel focus, focus on practice, measurement analysis and knowledge management, educational quality assurance. The output factors had effective students, curriculum and instruction. 2) The model of an effective demonstration school administration under autonomous university were propriety at the highest level and 3) feasibility at the highest level and utility at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ มีขั้นตอน การดำเนินการวิจัย ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ โดยการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่ม จากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 9 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ โดยการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 18 คน และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ โดยกลุ่มผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตสังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ จำนวน 36 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ จำนวน 3 ด้าน 16 องค์ประกอบ ประกอบด้วย ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อม ลักษณะองค์การ การบริหารจัดการ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร บุคลากร และเครือข่ายร่วมพัฒนา ด้านกระบวนการ ได้แก่ การกำหนดนโยบาย การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การนำองค์การ การมุ่งเน้นผู้เรียนและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร การมุ่งเน้นการปฏิบัติ การวัด วิเคราะห์และการจัดการความรู้ และการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านผลผลิต ได้แก่ ด้านผู้เรียน และด้านหลักสูตรและการสอน 2) รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนสาธิตที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
