COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORSUNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONIN KOKHA DISTRICT, LAMPANG PROVINCE

Abstract

The research aimed to study the: 1) to study the Communication Skills of School Administrators under the Local Government Organization in Kokha District, Lampang Province Province and 2) to comparing of the Opinions on the Communication Skills of School Administrators under the Local Government Organization in Kokha District, Lampang Province. Classified by Position, Educational Background and Work Experience with a sample of research by 100 cases by simple random sampling which are School Administrators, Teachers, Administrator of Provincial Administrative Organization, Director of the Division of Education Religious and Culture and Basic Education Board. A questionnaire was as a tool to collect data valuable information Index of item Objective Congruence is between 0.67–1.00, The Reliability is 0.97 and the statistics used were percentage, mean and standard division (S.D.), analysis for comparison using value testing of t-test, F-test (ANOVA), and pair difference test by Scheffe’s method.

The research findings were below; 1) The level of Communication Skills of School Administrators was overall at a high level. 2) The comparison result of the Opinions on the Communication Skills of School Administrators which classified by Position and Education Background was overall and in each aspect did not differ. Except for Work Experience was an overall significant difference at .05. As in each aspect showed that different of Work Experience has the opinions on the Communication Skills of School Administrators as followed; Reliability, Clarity, Understanding of the Audience was significantly different at the statistical level of .05, and Nonverbal Communication did not differ statistically significant. statistically significant.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาทักษะการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเกาะคา จังหวัดลำปาง 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อทักษะการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเกาะคา จังหวัดลำปาง จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ข้าราชการท้องถิ่นประเภทบริหารจัดการท้องถิ่น นักวิชาการศึกษา ผู้อำนวยการกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 100 คน โดยทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของคำถาม อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบโดยใช้การทดสอบค่า t-test, (ANOVA) F-test และทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Scheffe

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ทักษะการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเกาะคา จังหวัดลำปาง โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อทักษะการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอเกาะคา จังหวัดลำปาง จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ซึ่งเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ประสบการณ์ทำงานที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อทักษะการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ ด้านความชัดเจน ด้านความเข้าใจผู้รับสาร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ยกเว้นด้านการสื่อสารด้วยอวัจนภาษา ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
