A STUDY OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATION USING THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD GOVERNANCE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATORS. UNDER THE LAMPANG PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE, REGION 3

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) To study the opinions of teachers towards educational institution administration by using the principles of good governance of educational institution administrators. Under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 3 2) to compare the teachers' opinions on the administration of educational institutions by using the principles of good governance of the school administrators Under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by working experience and size of educational institutions. The sample group used in this research consisted of 242 teachers under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3 consisting of 242 people, by using the sample size tables of Krejcie and Morgan and stratified random sampling. Research tools for collecting data were sets of rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, mean, standard deviation, F-test, One-way Anova and Scheffe’s pair comparison.

The results of the research showed that 1) The results of a study of teachers' opinions on school administration by using the principles of good governance of the school administrators. Under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 3 overall at a higher level. 2) The results of the comparison of teachers' opinions on the school administration by using the principles of good governance of the school administrators. Under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by work experience Overall and each aspect is not different.

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 จำนวน 242 คน โดยใช้ตารางเปรียบเทียบกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น กำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของกลุ่มประชากรในแต่ละสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างคำถามและวัตถุประสงค์ (Index of Item–Objective Congruence: IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และ การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One–way ANOVA) และตรวจสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีตรวจสอบความแตกต่างของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยใช้ หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยใช้หลัก ธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
