THE SITUATION OF GUIDANCE MANAGEMENT IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA PHRAE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the teachers’ opinions on the situation of guidance management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Phrae and 2) to compare the teachers’ opinions on the situation of guidance management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Phrae classified by work experience and school size. The samples were 258 teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Phrae, selected by using the sample size tables of Yamane and stratified random sampling. The instrument used was a 5 level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics in the analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and One–way ANOVA. In case a significant difference was found, the pairwise comparison using the Scheffe’s test was made.

The results of the research showed that 1) the result of teachers’ opinions toward the situation of guidance management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Phrae in both overall and aspect were at a high level. 2) The comparison of the situation of guidance management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Phrae classified by work experience showed no statistically significant difference. And 3) The comparison of the situation of guidance management in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Phrae classified by school size was obviously found the difference with the statistical significance at .05 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานแนะแนวของสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแพร่ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานแนะแนวของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแพร่ ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแพร่ ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 16 โรงเรียน ผู้วิจัยทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรยามาเน่ ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 258 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมุติฐานการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One–way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างใช้วิธีการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ตามวิธีของเซฟเฟ่

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารงานแนะแนวของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแพร่ ภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานแนะแนวของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแพร่ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า ภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานแนะแนวของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแพร่ จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ขนาดของสถานศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน มีสภาพการบริหารงานแนะแนวของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาแพร่ที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
