A STUDY OF INNOVATION LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORSIN SCHOOLS OF CHIANG RAI MUNICIPALITY CITY

Abstract

A study of innovation leadership of school administrators has the objectives of this research to study 1) to study of innovation leadership level of school administrators and 2) to compare innovation leadership of school administrators according educational degree and work experiences. The sample was the administrators and teacher of schools in Chiang Rai Municipality school city 201 persons. The instruments used in this study were five-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability 0.870 and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics include percentage, frequency average, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples) and inferential statistics: One-Way ANOVA. The results of the study found 1) innovation leadership level of school administrators, overall are the highest levels. Considering in orders, the highest mean to the lowest one was as follows: School administrators have morality, School administrators are having a vision for change, School administrators have participation and teamwork, School administrators have innovative creativity, School administrators have creating an innovative corporate atmosphere. 2) The comparison of innovation leadership of school administrators according to educational degree by School administrators have innovative creativity, School administrators have creating an innovative corporate atmosphere, School administrators are having a vision for change, School administrators have participation and teamwork, and School administrators have morality were different with no statistical significance. And the comparison of innovation leadership of school administrators according to work experiences by School administrators have innovative creativity, School administrators have creating an innovative corporate atmosphere, School administrators are having a vision for change, School administrators have participation and teamwork, and School administrators have morality were different with no statistical significance.

การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย โดยจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู โรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย จำนวน 201คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.870 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้สูตร t-test (Independent Samples) ค่าความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาผลการศึกษาพบว่าโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม การมีวิสัยทัศน์สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง การมีส่วนร่วมและการทำงานเป็นทีม ความคิดสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม และ การสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กรนวัตกรรม 2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาพบว่า ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กรนวัตกรรม ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการทำงานเป็นทีม และด้านการมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม แตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานพบว่า ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กรนวัตกรรม ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการทำงานเป็นทีม และด้านการมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม แตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
