THE STUDY OF PERFORMANCE OF NATIONAL STANDARD FOR EARLYCHILDHOOD OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER AFFILIATED LOCALADMINISTRATION OF FANG DISTRICT CHIANG MAI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aims 1) to study the operating conditions in accordance with the National Early Childhood Development Center standards of the Child Development Center under the Local Government. To compare the implementation of the National Early Childhood Development Institute standard of the Child Development Center under the local government. Fang District, Chiang Mai province is classified by work experience in the position and level of education. The samples used in the study were 108 people whose sample sizes came from the prefabricated tables of Crejsi and Morgan. Stratify sampling is then proportionalized according to the size of the demographics in each local government.The research instruments are questionnaires divided into 2 part.Part 1 Inquire about the general condition of respondents Part 2 Inquire into the operating conditions according to the National Early Childhood Development Institute of local government in Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. The conformity index is between 0.67-1.00, and the sentiment value of the entire questionnaire is 0.90. Use the Scheffe method of testing the differences according to the Scheffe method. The results showed that 1) respondents' opinions on operating conditions in accordance with the NationalEarly Childhood Development Center's National Early Childhood Development Center standard underlocal government. Fang District, Chiang Mai province, pictured, is included in a very high level 2) Results comparing operating conditions in accordance with the National Early Childhood Development Center standards of the Child DevelopmentCenter under the local government. Fang District, Chiang Mai, classified by professional experience in the position and education level, showed a statistically significant difference of .05 in both overall and in all areas, in line with the set assumptions.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งและระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาจำนวน 108 คน โดยขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมาจากตารางสำเร็จรูปของ เครจซี่และมอร์แกน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นแล้วนำมากำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของกลุ่มประชากรในแต่ละองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 สอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 สอบถามสภาพการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติ ขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับมีค่าเท่ากับ0.90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One–Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่าง ใช้วิธีทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอฝางจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสถานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งชาติของ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่ง และระดับการศึกษา พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
