FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUCCESS OF INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCEADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDEROFFICE OF THE PRIVATE EDUCATIONCOMMISSION IN CHIANG RAI

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study 1) factors affecting the success of internal quality assurance administration of schools, 2) the success in internal quality assurance administration of schools, and 3) the relationship between the factors affecting the success of internal quality assurance administration of schools and the success of internal quality assurance administration of schools. The sample consisted of 314 administrators, teachers and educational personnel of schools under the Office of the Private Education Promotion Commission, Chiang Rai Province. The sample was selected using the Stratified Random Sampling. The school group was defined according to the proportion by comparing the proportion of the sample from the size of the population in each school. The school list was obtained using a simple random sampling method by drawing lots without replacement until the required amount is reached. Data were analyzed using statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis. The major findings indicated that 1) Overall, factors affecting the success of internal quality assurance administration of schools were at a high level, 2) Overall, the success in internal quality assurance administration of schools was at a high level, and 3) factors affecting the success of internal quality assurance administration were positively related with the success of internal quality assurance administration of schools with a statistical significance level of .01

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษากับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา จำนวน 314 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ โดยกำหนดกลุ่มโรงเรียน และแบ่งตามสัดส่วน โดยเทียบสัดส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากขนาดของประชากรในแต่ละสถานศึกษา การได้มาซึ่งรายชื่อโรงเรียนนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย แบบจับฉลากไม่ใส่กลับ จนได้ครบตามจำนวน ที่กำหนดไว้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัย ที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาทุกด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิต ที่ระดับ .01
