ADMINISTRATION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD CURRICULUM FOR SPECIAL NEEDED CHILDREN 2019 OF CENTRAL SPECIAL EDUCATION CENTER, BANGKOK

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the administration of early childhood education curriculum for Children with special needed, B.E. 2019 at Central Special Education Center, Bangkok 2) to compare the administration of the curriculum in teacher's opinions classified by gender, level of education, position, work experience, educational qualifications, and place of work. The sample was 108 teachers of the central special education center, The research tool used was a 5-level questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.97. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe test.

The results of the research showed that 1) the administration of early childhood education curriculum for Children with special needed in the year 2019 of the Central Special Education Center. inovorall was at high level which the curriculum development and the curriculum imprementation were at highest level, the planning of the curriculum implementation, the curriculum supervision, controlling and evaluation and the curriculum adaptation and improvement were at high level. 2) the results of the comparison of teachers' opinions regarding the administration of early childhood education curriculum in teachers' openions, classified by gender, level of education, position, work experience in over all were not different but teachers educational qualifications, and place of work, in over all and each aspect were statistically significant difference at .05 level.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารหลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัยสำหรับเด็กที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษ พุทธศักราช 2562 ของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ส่วนกลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารหลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัยสำหรับเด็กที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษ พุทธศักราช 2562 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ส่วนกลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ทำงาน คุณวุฒิการศึกษา และสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ส่วนกลางดินแดง และหน่วยบริการ ในปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 108 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ Scheffe'

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารหลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัยสำหรับเด็กที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษพุทธศักราช 2562 ของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ส่วนกลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาและด้านการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านการวางแผนการใช้หลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศกำกับติดตามและประเมินผล ด้านการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา และด้านการประกันคุณภาพภายใน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารหลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัยสำหรับเด็กที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษพุทธศักราช 2562 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู ของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ส่วนกลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตาม เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนคุณวุฒิการศึกษา และสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน มีการบริหารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
