THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATORS AND EDUCATIONAL QUALITY OF OPPRTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOLS UNDER LAMPANG PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

This research aim to study the transformational leadership of the school administrators and the educational quality, study the relationship between transformational leadership of administrators and the educational quality of the opportunity expansion schools under lampang primary educational service area office 3. The samples group used teachers in educational institutions by Sample Random Sampling for 12 schools as total of 186 samples were collected. The results found that

1. transformational leadership of administrators and the educational quality of the opportunity expansion schools under lampang primary educational service area office 3 in all 4 aspects, at the highest level in descending order as follows: in terms of ideological influence Is at the highest level had the highest mean, next to the consideration of being an individual was at the highest level Motivation was the highest level and intellectual stimulation at a high level had the lowest average, respectively.

2. The educational quality of the opportunity expansion school under lampang primary educational service area office 3, in general, the educational quality was at a high level. When considered individually, it was found that the item with the highest educational quality is that the standard of early childhood education has a high level of average. And the least educational standards Basic education Have a high level of average.

3. The relationship between transformational leadership of administrators and the educational quality of the opportunity expansion schools under lampang primary educational service area office 3 there was a positive relationship with the quality of education. Statistical significance at the level of 0.01 was correlated (r = 0.736 **).

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและศึกษาคุณภาพการศึกษา เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 12 โรงเรียน รวมได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 186 คน จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 ทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านการคำนึงถึงการเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดตามลำดับ

2. คุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 โดยรวมมีระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า ข้อที่มีระดับคุณภาพการศึกษามากที่สุด คือ มาตรฐานการศึกษา ระดับปฐมวัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และน้อยที่สุดมาตรฐานการศึกษา ระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 โดยรวมมีระดับความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพการศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r=0.736**)
