EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES FOR EMPLOYMENT OF OPPORTUNITIES EXPANDING SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF NAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract

The purposes of this independent study were 1) to study Educational Management Guidelines for Employment at the School of Educational Opportunity Extension Under the Office of Nan Educational Service Area 1 2) To compare guidelines for educational management for employment Of the school to expand educational opportunities Under the Office of Nan Educational Service Area 1, classified by educational experience of the school administrators and the size of the school. The samples used in the study were school administrators and head of learning groups. Of the school to expand educational opportunities under the Office of Nan Educational Service Area 1, 191 persons there were 23 school administrators and 168 leaders of the subject group. The research instrument was questionnaire which was 5 leveled rating scale questionnaire. Data was analyzed using Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, T-test test, test F-test and a single One-way analysis of variance ANOVA. The findings indicated that

From the research, 1) Educational Management Guidelines for Employment of opportunities expanding school Under the Office of Nan primary Educational Service Area 1, found that the overall picture is at a high level. 2) Results comparing educational Management Guidelines for Employment of opportunities expanding school Under the Office of Nan primary Educational Service Area 1, classified by educational experience experience of school administrators, Overall, it was found that there was statistically significant difference at the .05 level. 3) Results comparing educational Management Guidelines for Employment of opportunities expanding school Under the Office of Nan primary Educational Service Area 1, classified by school size found that the educational management guidelines for employment in schools of different sizes Have educational management guidelines for employment Overall, it was found that there was statistically significant difference at the .05 level.

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การดำรงตำแหน่งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 จำนวน 191 คน เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 23 คน และหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 168 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t-test การทดสอบ F-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว One-way ANOVA

จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 พบว่าในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การดำรงตำแหน่งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
