FACTORS AFFECTING THE SCHOOLS TO BE THE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY UNDER OFFICE OF CHIANG RAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) to study the levels of factors affect the school to be the professional learning community under Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2. 2) to study the levels of the school to be the professional learning community under Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2. 3) to study the relationship of factor level of school to be the professional learning community under Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2 and 4) to study and design the equations for predicting the school to be the professional learning community under Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The 327 sample groups are random from educational administrators and teachers under Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The tools used to collect data of this research are rating (valuation) scale of questionnaire has a rating scale of 5 levels. Index of item-objective congruence was between 0.67-1.00. The reliability used of Cronbach's alpha coefficient with the value 0.92 The data is analyzed by using percentage, average, standard deviation and Pearson’s coefficient analysis, and use the analysis of multiple regression equations to design the predicting equations. The results show that 1) the overall of levels of factors affect the school to be the professional learning community under Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2 is in excellent level. 2) the level of the school to be the professional learning community under Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2 is in excellent level. 3) the overall aspect of the relationship of factor level of school to be the professional learning community under Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2 is positive. The statistical significance is at .01 4) there are 3 factors used to predict the school to be the professional learning community as follow: a. factor of value and vision (X5 ), b. factor of teamwork (X9 ), and c. factor of leadership (X1). The statistical significance is at .01 level that predict the school can be the professional learning community in percentage at 63.40. The multiple regression equations are raw score: = .291 + .531(X5 ) + .186(X9 ) + .186(X1) and predict equation in standard score: y = .506(Z5) + .243(Z9) + .181(Z1).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 2) ศึกษาระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวน 327 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับของปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ทุกด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ปัจจัยที่สามารถพยากรณ์การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 มี 3 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยด้านการสร้างค่านิยมและวิสัยทัศน์ (X5 ) ปัจจัยด้านการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม (X9 ) และปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำ (X1) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 สามารถพยากรณ์การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพได้ร้อยละ 63.40 ดังสมการณ์พยากรณ์ต่อไปนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ = .291 + .531(X5) + .186(X9) + .186(X1) และสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน y = .506(Z5) + .243(Z9) + .181(Z1)
