FACTORS AFFECTING SELF-DEVELOPMENT ACCORDING TO THE PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF TEACHERS IN EDUCATION ERA 4.0 UNDER THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN CHIANG RAI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objective of this research paper are 1) to study the levels of factors affect self-development according to the professional ethics of teachers in Education Era 4.0 under the Vocational Education in Chiang Rai Province, 2) to study the level of self-development according to the professional ethics of teachers in Education Era 4.0 under the Vocational Education in Chiang Rai Province, 3) to study the effect of relationship between factors and self- development affect self-development according to the professional ethics of teachers in Education Era 4.0 under the Vocational Education in Chiang Rai Province, 4) to create the equation for predicting and self- development affect self-development according to the professional ethics of teachers in Education Era 4.0 under the Vocational Education in Chiang Rai Province The sample of this research paper are 226 teachers who work in the institutes under the Vocational Education in Chiang Rai Province. The tools used in this research paper are 5-stage of questionnaire level of questionnaire. The index of conformance is between 0.67 and 1 and the confidence is 0.95. The statistic of analysis is frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard of deviation, Pearson’s coefficient analysis and create the predict equation to analyze the multiple regression. The results find that 1) the total of the levels of factors affect self-development is in good, 2) the total of level of self-development according to the professional ethics of teachers in Education Era 4.0 is in good, 3) The relationship between the affection between the factors and self-development according to the professional ethics of teachers in Education Era 4.0 is at .01, 4) there are 6 factors used to predict the level of self-development according to the professional ethics of teachers: a) the progression of working is (X5), b) Job security factors (X13), c) success of working is (X1), d) Administrative factors (X14),e) the factor of personal life is (X12) and f) Job characteristics (X3). The statistic level is at .01. The analysis pattern of regressive equation is Z'y = .414ZX5 + 0.138ZX13 + .176ZX1+ .173ZX14 + .130ZX12+ .84ZX3

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณของวิชาชีพครูในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย 2) ระดับของการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณของวิชาชีพครูในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณของวิชาชีพครูในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์การพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณของวิชาชีพครูในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาภาครัฐ สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 226 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณของวิชาชีพในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณของวิชาชีพครูในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณของวิชาชีพครูในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงรายทุกด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณของวิชาชีพครูในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ปัจจัยที่สามารถพยากรณ์ระดับการพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณของวิชาชีพครูในยุคการศึกษา 4.0 สังกัดอาชีวศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 6 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยด้านความก้าวหน้า (X5), ปัจจัยด้านความมั่นคงในงาน (X13), ปัจจัยด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน (X1), ปัจจัยด้านการปกครองบังคับบัญชา (X14), ปัจจัยด้านชีวิตส่วนตัว (X12), และปัจจัยด้านลักษณะของงานที่ปฏิบัติ (X3), อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เขียนในรูปแบบของสมการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยได้ดังนี้ Z'y = .414ZX5 + 0.138ZX13 + .176ZX1+ .173ZX14+ .130ZX12+ .84ZX3
