RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH AND ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOL UNDER CHIANGMAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

This Study aims to study the organizational health of school. The organizational effectiveness of school education and to study the relationship between organizational health and organizational effectiveness of school under chiangmai primary educational service area office 3, elementary samples include administrators teachers and educational personnel in chiangmai primary educational service area office 3, the number of people 338 instruments used for the IOC questionnaire were between 0.67 and 1.00 as reliability .97. Statistics used in the analysis of data consists of Mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of this research found that: 1. The organizational health of school under chiangmai primary educational service area office 3 images included on many levels. 2. The organizational effectiveness of school under chiangmai primary educational service area office 3 images included on many levels. 3. Relationship between organizational health and organizational effectiveness of school under chiangmai primary educational service area office 3 the statistical significance level .01 by there is a high level of positive relationship.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของระดับสุขภาพองค์การกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ข้าราชการครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 จำนวน 338 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) เท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาพองค์การกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับสูง
