SCHOOL LEADERSHIP ADMINISTRATORS’ ROLE IN THE DIGITAL AGE EXPANDED EDUCATION OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL OF EDUCATION MANAGEMENT USING SCHOOL RESOURCES OF MASALONGNAI EDUCATION AREA 3

Abstract

The objectives of this research are School Leadership Administrators’ Role in the digital age in expanded Educational opportunity school of Education Management Using school resources of Maesalongnai education area 3 and suggestions of School Leadership Administrators’ Role in the digital age in expanded Educational opportunity school of Education Management Using school resources of Maesalongnai education area 3, 126 samples. The tools used in this research are 5 level of questionnaire. The index of conformance is 1.00 and the confidence is 0.96. The statistic of data analysis consists of frequency distribution, percentage, average (mean) and standard deviation. The results of research finds that 1) School Leadership Administrators’ Role in the digital age in expanded Educational opportunity school of Education Management Using school resources of Maesalongnai education area 3 were at high level and data on the other side at high level as follow: application of Digital, Citizenship Systematic, Improvement Excellence in Professional Practice, Visionary Leadership and the Digital Age Learning Culture is in poor level. The study of the suggestion School Leadership Administrators’ Role in the digital age in expanded Educational opportunity school of Education Management Using school resources of Maesalongnai education area 3 as follow Visionary Leadership: the administrators must be a good visionary leader to lead teachers and student to the digital transformation and promote the staff to be sharing policy, opinions, ideas, for achieve the organization’s goal. Digital Age Learning Culture: the administrators the administrators must be use the new technology appropriate with current situation and use the online networks and sharing knowledge in the learning center and create all the time online test. Excellence in Professional Practice: the administrators must be use network online to develop and create in various interesting learning knowledge for learner and support the modern learning technology. Systematic Improvement: the administrators must be always develop themselves to be a digital era progress and have to clear concept and systematic command. Digital Citizenship: the administrators must be have a unique protect skills, morally, good conscience, good digital era citizen and have an analytical thinking, good judgment in data management skills.

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหารยุคดิจิทัลในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษากลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาแม่สลองใน และข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาบทบาทภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหารยุคดิจิทัลในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาแม่สลองใน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาแม่สลองใน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำนวน 126 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ที่ 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาบทบาทภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหารยุคดิจิทัลในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษากลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาแม่สลองใน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า บทบาทภาวะผู้นำอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการเป็นพลเมืองในยุคดิจิทัล รองลงมา คือ ด้านการปรับปรุงอย่างเป็นระบบ ด้านความเป็นเลิศในการปฏิบัติอย่างมืออาชีพ ด้านผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้บนโลกยุคดิจิทัลตามลำดับ 2. ข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาบทบาทภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาของผู้บริหารยุคดิจิทัลในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาแม่สลองใน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 พบว่า ด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ ผู้บริหารจะต้องเป็นผู้นำทางวิสัยทัศน์ที่ดีเพื่อนำครู และนักเรียนไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัล และมีวิสัยทัศน์ก่อให้เกิดนโยบายหรือแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ นำไปสู่แผนการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้บนโลกยุคดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน และมีการใช้การออนไลน์เพื่อสร้างแหล่งเรียนรู้ และการใช้แบบทดสอบออนไลน์เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถเข้าใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา ด้านความเป็นเลิศในการปฏิบัติอย่างมืออาชีพ ผู้บริหารใช้สื่อออนไลน์และระบบออนไลน์ในการพัฒนา และสร้างความสนใจให้กับผู้เรียนเพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย ด้านการปรับปรุงอย่างเป็นระบบ ผู้บริหารมีการปรับปรุงตนเองอยู่ตลอดเวลาเพื่อให้ทันต่อความก้าวหน้าของยุคสมัย และมีแนวคิดที่ไม่ซับซ้อน กระจายงานอย่างเป็นระบบที่ชัดเจน ด้านการเป็นพลเมืองในยุคดิจิทัล ผู้บริหารมีทักษะในการรักษาอัตลักษณ์ที่ดี คุณธรรม และจิตสำนึกที่ดี มีการเป็นพลเมืองในยุคดิจิทัลที่ดี และมีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ มีวิจารณญาณที่ดี
