THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF TEACHERS IN SCHOOLS FOR THE DEAF IN THE CENTRAL REGION UNDER THE SPECIAL EDUCATION BUREAU

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to investigate and compare the use of information technology of teachers in Schools for the Deaf in the Central Region under the Special Education Bureau in two aspects: instructional management and general task, in overall and each aspect, classified by age, educational level, and work experience. The sample consisted of 159 teachers in Schools for the Deaf in Central Region in the academic year 2024. The instrument was a five rating scale questionnaire with the reliability at .98.Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, a t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and pairwise comparison with Scheffé’s method. The findings were as follows. 1) The use of information technology of teachers in overall was at a high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that the use of information technology in instructional management was at a high level, while general task was at a moderate level. 2) There was a significant difference among teachers with different age on the use of information technology in overall and each aspect at the .05 level. 3) There was a significant difference among teachers with different educational level on the use of information technology in overall and each aspect at the .05 level. 4) There was a significant difference among teachers with different work experience on the use of information technology in overall and each aspect at the .05 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา ภาคกลาง สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการปฏิบัติงานทั่วไป โดยรวมและในแต่ละด้าน จำแนกตามอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา ภาคกลาง ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 159 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) การทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา ภาคกลาง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านการปฏิบัติงานทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ครูที่มีอายุต่างกัน มีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยรวมและในแต่ละด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยรวมและในแต่ละด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ4) ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานแตกต่างกันมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยรวมและในแต่ละด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
