CAUSAL FACTORS ENHANCEING OF TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOL UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE BANGKOK 2

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the relationship between groups of external and internal variables that promote teachers’ professional learning community membership and 2) study the prediction of external and internal factors on teachers’ professional learning community membership. The sample group of this research consisted of 120 teachers under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area 2, Bangkok. The research instrument were 5 summated rating scales. The discriminating power of r-Item total correlation ranged from .290 to .797 and the reliability by cronbach’s alpha coefficient (6t-coefcient) were .884 to .924. The statistics used in data analysis included basic statistics and inferential statistics for hypothesis testing : Pearson product moment correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกลุ่มตัวแปรปัจจัยภายนอกและภายในกับการเป็นสมาชิกชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครู 2) ศึกษาการทำนายของปัจจัยภายนอกและภายในต่อการเป็นสมาชิกชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานครเขต 2 จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบวัดมาตรประมาณรวมค่า 5 แบบวัด มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ (r-Item total Correlation) ตั้งแต่ .290 ถึง .797 ค่าความเที่ยงคำนวณโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค (α-coefficient) เท่ากับ .884 ถึง .924 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติพื้นฐาน และสถิติอ้างอิงเพื่อการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน ซึ่งได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ค่าความสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
