THE STUDY ON THE MANAGEMENT STATUS QUO OF HER ROYAL HIGHNESS PRINCESS MAHA CHAKRI SIRINDHORN’S ROYAL INITIATIVE ROLE MODEL PRAPARIYATTITHAM SCHOOLS GROUP SIXTH

Abstract

The study on the management status Quo of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s Royal Initiative Role Model Prapariyattitham Schools Group Sixth is survey research with aims to examine the conditions and guidelines for the development of administration of Prapariyattitham Schools Group Sixth. The researcher specified populations in this study and selected samples by determining cluster size according to Krejcie & Morgan Table and proportion of features of interest among populations from 125 populations. The samples were 96 persons including administrators and teachers Prapariyattitham Schools Group Sixth

The findings reveal that the management condition of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s Royal Initiative Role Model Prapariyattitham Schools Group Sixth was generally at high level. When considered by aspects, they were totally at high level with the highest-rank practice of nutrition and health promotion, followed by promotion of local culture and tradition conservation promotion of occupation skills, and promotion of natural resource and environment conservation. Meanwhile, the least practice was learning promotion.

In conclude, The administrators determined clear operating visions and the administrators, teachers and personnel performed duties together with dedication. They were facilitated, supported and helped in terms of availability of buildings, materials, equipment in support of education management from the administrators. Furthermore, they gave precedence to and realized physical and mental development of personnel and learners to be properly healthy and to have good environment that could promote personnel and learner to have emotional, mental, attitudinal and intellectual development with full capacity.

การศึกษาและงานวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาสภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา โรงเรียนต้นแบบในโครงการตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯสยามบรมราชกุมารี กลุ่มที่ 6 ในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survery Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 6 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างสำหรับการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ด้วยการเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของ เครจซี่และเมอร์แกน และกำหนดให้สัดส่วนของลักษณะที่สนใจในประชากร เป็นผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน จำนวนประชากร 125 รูป/คน ด้วยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจากสัดส่วนประชากรแต่ละโรงเรียน ได้กลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่าง 96 รูป/คน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา โรงเรียนต้นแบบในโครงการตามพระราชดำริ สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารีกลุ่มที่ 6 พบว่าโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีสภาพการปฏิบัติสูงที่สุด คือด้านส่งเสริมโภชนาการและสุขภาพอนามัยของเด็กและเยาวชนเริ่มตั้งแต่ในครรภ์มารดา รองลงมาคือ ด้านเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของเด็กและเยาวชนในการอนุรักษ์และสืบทอดวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ด้านเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของเด็กและเยาวชนทางการอาชีพ ปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกและพัฒนาศักยภาพของเด็กและเยาวชนในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามลำดับ และส่วนด้านที่มีสภาพการปฏิบัติต่ำที่สุดคือ ด้านเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของเด็กและเยาวชนในการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการ

ดังนั้น จากสภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา ผู้บริหารควรกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์การดำเนินงานให้มีความเหมาะสมและสามารถปฏิบัติได้จริง มีการสนับสนุนการอำนวยความสะดวกช่วยเหลือในทุก ๆ ด้านที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการศึกษา การสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจในปฏิบัติหน้าที่ทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจแก่บุคลากร โรงเรียนมีสภาพแวดล้อมเหมาะแก่การจัดการเรียนการสอน และบริหารโรงเรียนแบบสร้างเครือข่ายกับโรงเรียนหรือหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพัฒนาและยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาให้มีประสิทธิภาพทั้งวิชาการทางโลกและทางธรรม ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีทักษะและเจตคติที่ดีด้านอาชีพในการดำรงชีวิตให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่ตนเองและผู้อื่นอย่างเต็มกำลังความสามารถ
