DIGITAL ERA LEADER SKILLS OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS, CHIANG RAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The objective of this research are 1) Study the level of digital leadership skills of administrators in extended opportunity schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 2) Compare the level of digital leadership skills of administrators in extended opportunity schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by position, gender, experience, and school size. The sample used in the study consisted of 294 administrators and teachers from extended opportunity schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, selected using simple random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) of the questionnaire regarding academic administration ranged from 0.67 to 1.00, and the reliability of the questionnaire regarding academic administration was 0.986. The statistics used for data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations, F-test, one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA), and post-hoc comparisons using Scheffe's method. The research findings revealed that 1) The overall and individual aspects of the digital leadership skills of administrators in extended opportunity schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were at a high level. 2) The digital leadership skills of administrators in extended opportunity schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, when classified by school size, showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level. However, when classified by gender, position, and work experience, there were no statistically significant differences at the .05 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับทักษะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับทักษะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่ง เพศ ประสบการณ์ และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำนวน 294 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างดังกล่าวจะใช้สูตรการคำนวณของ Taro Yamane จากนั้นใช้การสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีจับสลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ของแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 ส่วนค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 เท่ากับ 0.986 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าเอฟ (F-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One–Way ANOVA) และตรวจสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีตรวจสอบความแตกต่างของ เชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับทักษะผู้นำ ยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับ มาก 2) ระดับทักษะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส ทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อจำแนกตาม เพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
