AN ACTIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR SECONDARY SCHOOLSUNDER THE OFFICE OF THE BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the components of the proactive learning management model, 2) create a proactive learning management model, and 3) evaluate the proactive learning management model. It is a mixed-methods research. The research methodology consists of 3 steps: Step 1, Step 1.1: Study of documents, concepts, theories, and related research, and a multi-case study of 5 educational institutions. The instrument used is a document synthesis form. Step 1.2: Study of the components of the model by interviewing. The data source is 7 experts. The instrument used is a semi-structured interview. Step 2: Create a model by drafting data from Step 1 and checking the quality through focus group discussions with 9 experts. Step 3: Evaluate the model. The sample consists of 291 educational institution administrators. The instrument used is a model feasibility and usefulness assessment form. The quality of the instrument is an evaluation of the index of consistency (IOC) between 0.80 and 1.00. The statistics used are: Mean and Standard Deviation

The research results found that 1) The results of the study of the components of the model consisted of 5 main components: objectives, inputs, processes, outputs, and success factors. 2) The results of the model creation were: (1) Objectives: To develop school administrators in the management of active learning. (2) Inputs: (2.1) Determining proactive learning management policies, (2.2) Determining proactive learning management strategies, and (2.3) Supporting proactive learning management resources. (3) Process components: (3.1) Planning, (3.2) Organizational structure, (3.3) Commanding in driving the policy, (3.4) Coordination and implementation, and (3.5) Control of operations. (4) Outcome components: (4.1) Outputs and (4.2) Results. 5) Success factors: (5.1) Academic leadership of school administrators, (5.2) Community participation and network partners, and (5.3) Using AI technology to support proactive learning management. 3) The overall evaluation outcomes of the model demonstrate its feasibility and utility at the highest level, successfully meeting the established evaluation criteria

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก และ 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ขั้น 1.1 การศึกษาเอกสาร แนวคิด ทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการศึกษาพหุกรณีศึกษา จำนวน 5 สถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสังเคราะห์เอกสาร ขั้น 1.2 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบโดยการสัมภาษณ์ แหล่งข้อมูล คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างรูปแบบโดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างและตรวจสอบคุภาพ โดยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินรูปแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ การตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือ เป็นการประเมินค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ได้ค่าระหว่าง 0.80–1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบ มี 5 องค์ปะกอบหลัก คือ วัตถุประสงค์ ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ ผลผลิต และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ 2) ผลการสร้างรูปแบบ คือ (1) ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (2) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า คือ (2.1) การกำหนดนโยบาย การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (2.2) การกำหนดกลยุทธ์การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก และ (2.3) การสนับสนุนทรัพยากรการจัดการ เรียนรู้เชิงรุก (3) องค์ประกอบด้านกระบวนการ คือ (3.1) การวางแผน (3.2) การจัดโครงสร้างองค์กร (3.3) การสั่งการในการขับเคลื่อนตามนโยบาย (3.4) การประสานงานและการดำเนินการ และ (3.5) การควบคุมการดำเนินการ (4) องค์ประกอบด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ คือ (4.1) ผลผลิต และ (4.2) ผลลัพธ์ (5) ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ คือ (5.1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (5.2) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและภาคีเครือข่าย และ (5.3) การใช้เทคโนโลยี AI สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 3) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบในภาพรวม มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน
