A STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CHANGE IEADERSHIP STATUS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE ADMINISTRATORS AND SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS WANG NUA SCHOOL NETWORK GROUP UNDER THE OFFICE OF LAMPANG PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA 3

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the transformational leadership of the administrators in Wang Nua school network group under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3 2) to study the effectiveness school in Wang Nua school network group under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3 3) to study the relationship between transformational leadership and effectiveness school in Wang Nua school network group under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3 the population of this study administrators and teachers in Wang Nua school network group under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3 the research were 100 instructors. The instruments used for collecting data were a rating – scaie questionnaire. The research was further analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and Person product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the study were 1) the delves in transformational leadership of secondary in Wang Nua school network group under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3 The overall transformational leadership and individual aspects were found at a high level. 2) The level of the effectiveness school in Wang Nua school network group under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3 the overall has a high level. 3) The relationship between transformational leadership in Wang Nua school network group under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 3 had overall and individual aspects has a high level was statistically significant at the 0.01

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนวังเหนือ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน กลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนวังเหนือ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน กลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนวังเหนือ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนวังเหนือ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนวังเหนือ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน กลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนวังเหนือ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน กลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนวังเหนือ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 3 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
