THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOLADMINISTRATORS WITH THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOLSIN CHIANG RAI MUNICIPALITY CITY

Abstract

The relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators with the effectiveness of schools in Chiangrai Municipality City. The objectives of this research is; 1) the study of innovative leadership level in school administrators of Chiangrai Municipality City, 2) to study the effectiveness of schools in Chiangrai Municipality City, and 3) to study the relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators with the effectiveness of schools in Chiangrai Municipality City. The sample were the administrators and teachers of schools in Chiangrai Municipality city, the total number were 212 people. The instruments used in this study were five-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of the innovative leadership of school administrators is 0.927, the reliability of the effectiveness of schools is 0.900 and the reliability total is 0.950 and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics include percentage, frequency average, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the study found that 1) innovation leadership level in school administrators of Chiangrai Municipality City, was at a high average. 2) The effectiveness of schools in Chiangrai Municipality City, was at a high average. 3) The relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators with the effectiveness of schools in Chiangrai Municipality City had a statistically significant correlation at the .01 level.

ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย จำนวน 212 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า โดยได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เท่ากับ 0.927 ด้านประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา เท่ากับ 0.900 และทั้งฉบับมีภาพรวมเท่ากับ 0.950 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์แบบ เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดเทศบาลนครเชียงราย พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ระดับสูงในทิศทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
